I would remove the "- 1080p" from game of thrones. Other than that, your naming convention matches our documentation.
If you have both the 4K and 1080P versions of GoT, when version 10.9 it will support "versions" of shows like 10.8 current supports for movies. You would add "-1080P" or "-4K" on the FILE name, not the folder name.
