Can't manage to make HEVC transcoding to work

It does show up with nvidia-smi, but I'm not sure if I have enabled correctly hardware acceleration. Are you sure the 950 doesn't support HEVC? It looks to me like it does support HEVC 4:2:0 up to 10bit (https://developer.nvidia.com/video-encod...matrix-new)
