Can't manage to make HEVC transcoding to work

For encoding, yes. But, for some reason, not decoding. The check boxes at the top of the Playback dashboard are for decoding.

Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
