    if you go to the github https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin on the right side you will see "Sponsor this project" where you can make donations at https://opencollective.com/jellyfin

    if you want to pay for features you're probably better off on upwork.com where the capitalist programmers live

    if you have an issue you should start a new post and describe it in detail, if it is possible to be fixed then people will be more than happy to try and help

    lastly if it's a lack of feature then you can request features at https://features.jellyfin.org
