Not sure what scenario you are describing.
Remember, Jellyfin is a server, and to view its contents you use a client.
When you say 'coax' that could be a few different things, Cable,Satelite,OTA,
so that needs clarification.
If you have a client hooked up to a CRT type screen,
you can see what ever the client can access on the Jellyfin Server.
If you want OTA live TV directed to your Jellyfin,
you either need a separate tuner (ex. HD-HOMERUN)
or an IPTV steam for each particular channel(these often freely available per station).
