One setting that has caused issues for me while using the DVR functionality is enabling 'auto-loop live streams' in the tuner settings (Admin Dashboard > Live TV > (Your Tuner). If you have this setting enabled, you could try disabling it and see if it fixes the issue. You could also try updating your Jellyfin server to 10.8.13, but I don't know if this will fix the issue since I'm not sure if this was something fixed in the recent updates.
