Import directory with film collection

Hi, I've a film collection that is organized as a master directory with inside many movies saved as "year - movie name.mkv". How could I import it directly on my Jellyfin library? Since it has been downloaded from torrent I wouldn't change its structure, since I'd like to keep it in seeding.

I've tried to import the directory itself but, I guess due to the structure or the files' name, its content hasn't been recognized.
