Why is the built-in metadata not working for my program's media library?

I cannot check the setting option of "prioritize using built-in episode information instead of file names" in my TV show media library.My containers don't have access to tmdb, so I edit the metadata ahead of time via tmm and then let jellyfin recognize it, but my media library can't check this option, and every time I check it and then click on the OK button, and then reclick on Manage Media Library, the button goes to unchecked status. I'm using a translation program, so some of the words may not be accurate
