SOLVED: Content is being mixed

So I'm running into an issue where two of my anime titles which are different and are physically located on different drives are being mixed for whatever reason. I've tried editing the metadata and restarting jellyfin or even renaming the folder to adding the imdbid tag to the folder name structure. 

But none of that has worked. 

Any idea what could be causing this or what I can try to do to remedy this?
