Hello,
I have been using Jellyfin on my OMV6 NAS for years and after a recent update I now get this error when trying to stream about three video files but not all, some videos still play fine but since the update I cannot get certain types to stream at all. I just get this error from a pop-up after it tries to play the video:
'Playback Error This client isn't compatible with the media and the server isn't sending a compatible media format.'
I have attached my logs from docker to see if that can help diagnose the issue.
I have already changed the audio channel to 5.1 in the Playback settings but that didnt help.
Any assistance is appreciated.
