Hi, I would like to know where to save the metadata that is created when you create a library?

I installed jellyfin a few weeks ago to create a library and now I am creating thumbnails for artists that are not in the data.
Then one question came to mind.
album.nfo is the folder that contains the songs
     root\music\artist name\album name\
    but
    artist.nfo is created in
     root\music\artist name\
     root\docker\jellyfin\config\metadata\artists\artist name\
The artist.nfo is created in two folders here.
Why is artist.nfo created in two different places?
