1 and 2: It is because your media does not conform to the naming conventions needed for TV series so it isn't detecting it properly: https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/server/media/shows
3: Not sure what you mean by "Upcoming Shows"
4: This has to do with your naming scheme and folder structure like in 1 and 2
5: The "Latest Media" will always show Latest added media regardless if you mark it as watched. To change this, in your profile settings in Home, check "Hide Watched Content from Latest Media"
6 and 7: IDK what you mean by this, it doesn't make sense
8: It should, but this could be because of the issue of 1 and 2
