seems like your drive is having an issue have you tried to check the filesystem for errors?
I have not. It’s is a usb hdd that has been flawless up until this last reinstall of Jellyfin docker from a migration to a new system.

It does not seem to become unmounted. I could plug it into a powered usb hub to ensure it’s getting adequate constant power as a temp fix.
I am planning on migrating my library over to a truenas scale zRAID setup for redundancy.
