As long as SxxEyy is in the file name somewhere it usually does a pretty good job of picking it out. I have mine named in various formats like "S01E01", "Series Name S01E01", "Series Name S01E01 - Episode Name", "Alternate Series Name S01E01", and more, and all of them work fine.
