SOLVED: can't connect via IP address

I can connect to my server using local:8096 but I can no longer access it using the IP address on an internal or external network connection.

Can you share your jellyfin server log with us via sourcebin? Restart the server and give us the latest log. The startup logs contain a lot of info we would need to troubleshoot this.
