You probably want to have a look at this article to see if you've missed anything.
Off the top of my head, make sure that resizable bar is enabled on the BIOS, that ASPM is configured correctly and that you've added and loaded the GuC/HuC firmware for Debian (you can skip step 2 since you're using an A380), as Arc GPUs use low power encoding by default. Also, remember to enable the Intel Low-Power encoder in the Jellyfin dashboard. Another important aspect is to make sure that the user jellyfin is part of the render group:
Aside from that, have a look at the A380's supported codecs and make sure you're not trying to play an incompatible format; convert them if possible to a compatible one.
