Edit Reason: found solution
)
The properties for the defect and a working Episode are equal. Both have a resolution of 720x576 and no aspect ratio flag set.
Edit: okay after further investigation. It seems that a MKV file have Video-Pixel Height and Width (which are identical on my ripps) and also there is "Video Display Width" and "Video Display Height" (don't exactly know how it is in English my GUI is in German ;-). ANd the "Video Display Width" on a correct playing episode is 1024 and on an incorrect it is 768. After fixing that that MKVToolNix the episode is getting played back correctly. Thanks for your help :-)
