Hi everyone. I'm new to Jellyfin and I've just installed it using Docker on my Linux server, running on an Intel i7-2600K.
When I try to play a media encoded in HEVC the page after loading a few seconds returns the error " This client isn't compatible with the media and the server isn't sending a compatible media format." so I tried enabling hardware acceleration but with the same result (the page doesn't load though, it gives the error almost immediately.
What could be causing the problem? Is there a way to solve it?
On the logs for hardware encoding I see the error:
