I'm experiencing an issue using the web client to try and change subtitles language.

At some point in time I believe I specified the default subtitle language for some anime videos I had a particular library.
However, I'm finding that Jellyfin seems to have got stuck in that loop - it defaults every movie to English language subtitles.

While that might be an issue of my own causing, I had expected that if I visted the movie summary page for any particular movie and changed the language to OFF, then Jellyfin should remember that subtitle language choice for that movie from then on.

9/10 times or more, if I select OFF as the subtitle language, and even if I then click somewhere else on the screen to take the focus away from that drop-down box, if I go BACK to the list of movies and then go into that movie again, it will have chosen some form of English language subtitle again.

The only way I can get the change to stick is to choose OFF as the subtitle language and then start the movie playing.  If I then go BACK to the movie summary page (ignoring that it has the english subtitle still chosen) and then go BACK one further time to the list of movies, if I then click on the same movie and bring up the summary page it shows the subtitles as set to OFF.

Have I misunderstood something here?  Is that correct behavior?  Surely it should be possible to set the subtitle language without having to watch the movie to do so?

Doesn't matter which web browser I use - tested in:

     - Chrome version  114.0.5735.248 (Official Build) (64-bit)
     - Opera version 100.0.4815.76
    - Tested in Jellyfin versions 10.8.8 and 10.8.9

    Any help gratefully received!
