DLNA not working on Samsung SmartTV

DLNA only works for clients on the same subnet. If the TV and Jellyfin server are on separate subnets, DLNA will not work.

Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
Intel i3 12100
Intel Arc A380
