Extras in some folders not detected

Can you provide some example file and folder names?

Maybe my text wasn't clear enough.

Here is a screenshot of the directory structure under the movie directory I am testing.
I added "worked" / "doesn't work" in the screenshot to show the behavior for each one.

I can easily reproduce this any movie directory.
