If your library is entirely H264, you should have hardware acceleration enabled. I'm pretty sure Kepler supports pretty much every profile H264 has.
You should have the following codecs checked for hardware decoding.
H264
MPEG2
VC1
And "Allow encoding in HEVC format" should be UNchecked. Since the 750TI doesn't support accelerating that and your CPU is not fast enough to encode that in software.
