You have a couple options.
1) Easy, but unsecure. Just port forward port 8096.
2) Harder but secure. Setup Caddy or Nginx Proxy Manager, both of which have easy integration with Let's Encrypt to easily acquire certs for https.
3) Use a VPN app likes Tailscale or Zerotier. Requires that all devices running Jellyfin also be able to run the respective VPN apps.
