I just tested Jellyfin 10.8.13 with Webhook plugin v11 and had no issue triggering the UserCreated event. I verified using https://webhook.site and sending all properties.
I don't personally use Pushover, so I recommend following the debug steps here to see if the additional logging provides any insight. |
