"User Created" Notification Issues

I'm using the same versions of both Jellyfin and the Webhook plugin as you are. I just tested at https://webhook.site and can see a playable started notification that was successfully triggered but nothing on the User Created notification.

I'm using the "AllInOne.handlebars" from the Pushover template. I also tried Notifiarr and successfully trigger playback but not user created.

I'll look into debugging.
