You can actually set any language as default.
But it needs to be set per profile.
1. Click on your profile in the top right corner
2. Click on Playback
3. On the very top you will find Audio settings. Set your preferred audio language and make sure to uncheck the checkbox saying "Play default audio track regardless of language"
