I somehow totally overlooked the documentation for naming Shows.
Originally I had each season in their own separate folder, so I created individual Media Libraries for each season.
Moving them to a folder I had named after the show solved the issue (and "unlocked" a new UI I had never seen before
) solved the issue!
Now I just need to figure out why each season got assigned random names. I had added the last 3 seasons of Riverdale to a library, one season is Teen Titans, the other is Street Dance of China and the last one is Jays according to Jellyfin.
