One issue I wanted to figure out was why the PIP is not working on my android phone.
I found this thread on the Git forms, https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-and...ssues/1266, and it seems mixed as to if it works or not.
I'm using the app (or integrated player, as some seem to call it) and have ensured that PIP is enabled for it. I'm having no issues with other apps that support this (Paramount+ for example).
Curious if I need to do some further setup or something to get this working; anyone know what I should try out?
Just to clarify, "web player" vs "integrated player" is not referring to using Chrome vs using the Jellyfin app. There is a setting in our Android app that changes which internal player Jellyfin uses.
PiP only works when the player is set to integrated. It currently defaults to the web player (will default to integrated in a future version). Tap your user icon, select Client Settings.
