Relative paths work for me, something like this:


<somewhere>/Music
  ├── Albums
  │  └── Artist One
  │     └── Some Album
  │        └── 1 - First Song.opus
  └── Playlists
     └── Playlist.m3u

with Playlist.m3u containing

#EXTM3U
../Albums/Artist One/Some Album/1 - First Song.opus
