Jellyfin is no longer finding new media

What is your metadata provider?  Double check that it has an entry for this show.

My metadata providers are, in order: TVDB, OMDB, TMDB and AniDB. TVDB at least has an entry; I haven't checked the others yet.

For the sake of discussion, not having a TVDB entry being the cause doesn't jive with my experience, unless JF behavior has changed recently. Typically, unidentified media still shows in libraries and "Latest Media", but without cover art or info and the filename instead of the title from metadata. Additionally, I don't believe it is a metadata issue, as Jellyfin has created NFO files for each episode. If this were the case I could still manually identify the title, but as it is not even showing up I cannot.

For additional consideration, in the time since I've created this post other series and movies have been automatically added EDIT: existing media has been successfully upgraded but no new media has been detected. via Sonarr and Radarr. It is just this one title that seems to be having problems.
