The Jellyfin repo is up. Something is preventing your container from accessing the Internet.
It looks like you are currently using bridge networking. Is the bridge network configured correctly with a default gateway and DNS?
But the easiest solution is to switch the container to host networking. But you will need to ensure that port 8096 is open on the host firewall.
