Hey there,
using jellyfin via browser (chrome, firefox, edge..), regardless of the platform (xbox, windows, linux) never works consistently, there's some media which causing more and more buffering the longer I watch, until it eventually ends up in a permanent buffering loop. Same goes for the deprecated app on XBOX or my samsung TV.
The only consistent way to never run into playback issues is the android app on phone/tablet/fireTV.
I made sure it's not related to connectivity (local, wired network) or weak hardware (always monitoring htop).
