After searching the new forum wher I found a link to known issues I found the ticked that fixed the problem.
in short i was missing dg2_huc_gsc.bin what was not yet on the linux-firmware.git when the current version of Truenas Scale was relased/build this will be officially fixed in version 24.04.1 but ther was a comment tha gave the work around.
Although the Dolby example video's still don't play on PC chrome. but those are just exaples to test surround from the TV.
