You are CPU transcoding, and not fast enough.
Your Synology NAS probably works fine because it is using the Intel iGPU to accelerate transcoding.
You can avoid some transcoding by using the Jellyfin Media Player instead of Firefox or Chrome. Since codec support is better in JMP.
Is there a reason you have this Cloud based Jellyfin? Since you already have Jellyfin on your NAS.
