No it is really not. Please revert to the old location and download 10.9.1 for the proper way to make it work.
10.9.1 is out and that uses an alternate approach.
If you have installed 10.8 and did the manual migration, please restore it to the original location (
~/.local/share
) then start 10.9.1The appear to work manual migration does not actually makes your instance work.
