I believe I have fixed the issue. I read that removing the
network.xml
file will cause the server to regenerate it on next startup, so I moved it to my Documents as a backup, and rebooted my machine. The jellyfin service then regenerated its network.xml
file and successfully started itself. Thank you for your advice!
