I would like to notify something strange about ARM64 docker image.
After updating to the new 10.9.0 and/or 10.9.1 ARM64 image, in the admin panel I see "Architecture: X64" instead of "Architecture: Arm64".

Clear your browser cache - it should no longer show the architecture in the dashboard.

I was using Jellyfin-Media-Player but this one seems not to be updated yet I guess.
From my browser directly it works ;-)
