No scroll when rearranging order of songs in playlists

When rearranging the order of songs in a playlist using the drag handle (hamburger icon), is it just me or is there no way to scroll while holding the song?

I'm not at home to try, but you can use the scroll wheel to move down the list while you hold the song?
