Tickplay hangs on activating

Enabling trickplay in the library gets the spinning circle.

I did go in there first, it wants me to enable trickplay in the library settings before converting. I could try clicking convert and see if it does anything. Worst case scenario, I roll back the dataset if it doesn't work.
