Can't connect remotely on Wifi networks, but works with mobile data

It has been a decade since I had a double router setup. IIRC, I had to port forward on the ISP router even though my own router was DMZ'd. I'm pretty sure I was port forwarding to my own router which then port forwarded to my server.

Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
Intel i3 12100
Intel Arc A380

Storage
