Trickplay ¿Bug? on 10.9.2

TrickPlay scans my mixed content library

I have a folder to record IPTV content, and it works very well.. the folder is added as "mixed content"... I don't have the "TrickPlay" option ( And I haven't enabled it in any of my other libraries ).. but every time I record something, when the recording ends, the "TrickPlay" is activated in that library:
