Why is JF Transcoding?

Client can direct stream, so why transcoding?

There is a setting to allow transcoding to HEVC. Is that enabled? If not, it defaults to only use H264.

Jellyfin also logs why it transcodes.

Jellyfin 10.10.0 (Docker)
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS

Intel Arc A380

Storage
