DOTNET_SYSTEM_GLOBALIZATION_INVARIANT is not set. Still no change with 10.9.2 so far.
Edit: Tried to set up a new server from scratch with the latest docker image and a small testing library and the artist with special character shows up fine. So I presume something did go wrong while updating the server.
Edit2: newly-setup container pointing at the existing db fails to properly scan these artists. I noticed it's not all artists with special characters, some are fine. Looks like the db got borked during the upgrade?
