Both QSV and VAAPI have issues on i5-11400

Thanks for the reply! That does look to be the root cause based on the discussion in that post. That is really unfortunate, though, because I already have the latest BIOS for my motherboard and I highly doubt ASRock will respond to me asking for them to fix this issue with a new BIOS...
