SOLVED: HEVC 10Bit artifacts when HW decoding

Both QSV and VAAPI have issues on i5-11400

I think the issue can be narrow down to the outdated VBIOS of the UHD 750 iGPU, which is included in the BIOS.
And from my experience, ASRock has a good reputation for providing custom BIOS, I think they will send you a beta BIOS for testing.
