- Is the JF Home supposed to show a resume section for Music? There is this setting but the section does not show up for me nor do any audio tracks appear in it.

Does this require adding (automatically?) local metadata mp3 files to each Show?Yes.... if you have the theme song files and enabled the client display setting for theme songs.
Here's how the theme songs work:
- Get an audio file
- Rename it to "theme.mp3"
- Move the "theme.mp3" file the show/movie folder
- In Jellyfin, rescan the show/movie
- Theme song should now play when you open the show/movie view
Theme songs support depends per client.
From my understanding, the only client that supports it right now are those that use Jellyfin's web UI (web browser, Android phone app, iPhone app, Jellyfin Media Player).
So clients like the Android TV client won't play them currently as they use their own UI.
As for automatically getting theme songs, I believe there was a user plugin that did this, but I don't know if it's still maintained.
