so last week i updated my server and all my devices running the media player software....and now we cant play any videos on any of the devices. We have the latest server version and player version....when i try to play shows i keep getting the error: Playback Failed: playback failed with error "loading failed" Retry with transcode? and when i click ok i get the error : PlaybackError.mediadecodeerror
It worked fine before we updated to this latest version on both media player and server.
