Using Jellyfin without Internet

I am also having the same issue but I noticed the search function works and also when I go into windows file explorer to their pc and and click access media though nothing shows up on the scan it starts showing to give a little more context the situation where it is happening my pc isn't connected to any network at all but on my previous server it worked regardless so not sure what the problem (don't know how to post logs if you need please if you can give instructions don't know if the logs will be usefull)
