SOLVED: Episodes Showing in Multiple Seasons

I have many episodes of a show showing up in the 'Specials' season, despite folder layout and naming convention.

SOLVED: I was able to solve this issue by restarting the server, then refreshing all metadata.

Hello all. I'm currently running Jellyfin 10.9.4 on Ubuntu 24 LTS.

I'm trying to add video podcasts from patreon onto my server. I created a 'Shows' library for the content, and originally had the episodes labelled in numerical order, as that's the structure the audio format of the podcast uses. This bit me in the butt later when I tried to organize the seasons, and Jellyfin assumed Ep. 101 meant Season 1 Episode 1, and not Season X Episode 101. This led me down the journey of reformatting the filenaming of the show files. I decided on 1x001 to indicate the season, then episode.

The files were already in the correct file structure (Show->Seasons->Episodes), so Jellyfin automatically ordered the first 2 seasons properly. For some reason though, every episode is duplicated in the 'Specials' season. When I go to edit the metadata from 'Specials' it shows the correct season and episode number. I've tried rescanning the library, changing then resaving the metadata, and moving the files to a different folder and rebuilding the library, but it produces the same results. I've checked other front ends (I use Swiftfin on iOS, and Findroid on Android), and the problem persists there as well (I expected it to, but had my fingers crossed).

I'm clearly a bit out of my depth here, so any help would be appreciated.
