Do those older shows appearing have any changes to their seasons? .4 has a few changes w.r.t. season names. I had a few shows show up that had there seasons all messed up after as freshly added.

Yes the shows that keep changing have strange season names (and some episodes that disappeared? But are still on the filesystem)

I was able to avoid it by dropping a .ignore in the extra dirs that did not have video files. Not ideal though as the bad season names stuck around until moving the dir in and out of the library.
